Mexican Mule
Tequila stands in for vodka in this ginger and lime mule.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Ice
- Lime wedge and mint to garnish
Steps
- Fill a mug or tall glass with ice.
- Add the tequila and lime juice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Stir once and garnish with lime and a sprig of mint.
Make it a mocktail
Leave the alcohol out. Leave the tequila out. Ginger beer, lime and mint keep all the kick.
