Fitzgerald
Gin, lemon and syrup with a dash of bitters. Like a gin sour with an edge.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes bitters
- Ice
Steps
- Shake the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Add the bitters on top and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Make it a mocktail
Add a non alcohol swap. Use zero proof gin and keep the lemon and syrup. Add a splash of tonic for the bitter note.
