Spiced Tequila Apple Cider
Reposado tequila and Cointreau with spiced apple cider and maple, shaken with egg white and topped with sparkling water.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Suavecito Reposado tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 6 oz spiced apple cider
- 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1 tsp egg white
- 2 oz Topo Chico
- 2 tbsp turbinado sugar and a pinch of cinnamon for the rim
Steps
- Shake the tequila, Cointreau, cider, orange juice, maple syrup and egg white without ice so the egg turns foamy.
- Rim a glass with the cinnamon sugar and fill it with ice.
- Pour in the shaken drink and top with Topo Chico.
Make it a mocktail
Leave the alcohol out. Leave out the tequila and Cointreau. Shake spiced cider, orange juice and maple, then top with sparkling water.
