Vodka Mojito
A mojito made with vodka instead of rum. Crisp, minty and very fresh.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 8 to 10 mint leaves
- Soda water
- Ice
- Mint and lime to garnish
Steps
- Gently press the mint with the simple syrup in the bottom of a glass.
- Add the lime juice and vodka.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir.
- Top with soda water and garnish with mint and a lime wedge.
Make it a mocktail
Leave the alcohol out. Leave the vodka out. Muddled mint, lime and soda is a classic virgin mojito.
