Jungle Bird
A tiki drink where bitter Campari meets rum and pineapple.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Ice
Steps
- Shake everything with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Make it a mocktail
Add a non alcohol swap. Use a non alcoholic bitter aperitif with pineapple and lime in place of the rum and Campari.
