Gin Rickey
Gin, lime and soda over ice. Dry, crisp and not sweet at all.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz soda water
- Ice
- Lime wedge
Steps
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the gin and lime juice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with lime.
Make it a mocktail
Leave the alcohol out. Leave the gin out. Lime and soda over ice is a classic limeade fizz.
