Dark ‘n’ Stormy
Dark rum floated over spicy ginger beer with lime.
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Ice
Steps
- Fill a glass with ice and add the ginger beer and lime juice.
- Float the dark rum on top.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
Make it a mocktail
Leave the alcohol out. Leave the rum out. Ginger beer, lime and a splash of molasses syrup.
