Negroni
Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. Bold, bittersweet and made for slow sipping.
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- Ice
- Orange peel
Steps
- Add everything to a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold.
- Strain over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
Make it a mocktail
Add a non alcohol swap. Use a non alcoholic bitter aperitif over ice with an orange peel in place of the three spirits.
