Beachy Pineapple Vodka Cocktail

Vodka shaken with pineapple and lime, then topped with sparkling water.

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 3 oz sparkling water (pineapple or lime flavoured is nice)
• Pineapple wedge and lime wedge to garnish

Steps

1. Shake the vodka, pineapple juice and lime juice with ice for about 30 seconds.
2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with pineapple and lime wedges.
